Early Years Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a nurturing and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children in our Early Years setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment, helping to encourage children’s development through play and structured activities. You will work closely as part of a supportive team meeting the individual needs of each child. A caring, patient approach and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff and families are essential for this rewarding role.
